VEG DIET FOR BECOMING SLIM


TO BECOME A SLIM YOU HAVE TO FORGET SOME EATING THINGS:

1.Avoid all fatty things like desi ghee, prantha,fried things.
2.Avoid sugar including sweets.
3.Avoid maida things (white floor) including noodles,burgers,biscuits,and others.
4.Avoid more carbohydrates like banana,potato etc.
5.Avoid all snacks like kurkure,lays,and more you know.

NOW WHAT TO EAT

1.In break fast take dalia without milk and include less sugar with one apple.
2.In lunch take 1 bowl rice with 1 bowl boiled daal and 1 plate salad.
3.In dinner take some papaya, 1 bowl boiled daal with salad plate.
4.Include 2-3 lemons in your daily diet to become more slim. thats all for you in veg to become slim.

VEG DIET FOR BECOMING HEALTHY

First of all there is no eating restriction for becoming healthy. so here is some better ways to eat them
1.In break fast eat 2-3 prantha with butter or ghee,and 1 glass milk.
2.In lunch eat 2-3 chpaties,with 1 bowl rice,and daal,sabji as you want to eat.
3.Between lunch and dinner you can also eat 1 burger,banana shake,and other healthy eating things.
4.Now in dinner eat 2-3 chapatties with rice, cheese,and add some ghee in it for better taste, u also include salad in your diet.
5.At sleeping tym take 1 glass of skimed (malai) milk.
