NON-VEG DIET PLANS

Non-veg is the shortcut and better way to become healthy. so here is the non-veg diet plan for you.

1.In break fast eat 2-3 boiled eggs, 1 glass milk,two brown breads.
2.In lunch eat 2-3 chapaties, 1 bowl rice,and daal,sabji as you want to eat.
3.In dinner you can eat chicken, fish,with rice and chapaties.
4.Don't take milk at night after this.
5.You can increase eggs in your diet as your working and eating capacity.

In non-veg diet i only prefer this diet plan.Because I am vegi person.so thats all in non-veg.
